Where is Lect Notes for Week 5?

Oh no, I have to go into the class without lecture note. Its difficult to memorize all the important stuff without writing it on lecture notes.

I' ve search the LN everywhere. I can't find it. I hope people in Australia will fix this problem.
Please provide the slide the day before the lecture.

Tutorial 4

Tutorial 4 is a practice of requirement gathering for assignment 1. Every group given about 15 minutes to interview the tutor about the system requirement.

I can sum up this tutorial with one word, disappointment. Our group interview is not running very well. We are not prepared. We are asking question which is way out from our interview questions.
Actually, everyone has been assign to some question but some member of the group are not aware to ask question when their turn has arrived. Perhaps this is because we have 2 printed question only. I should admit that i didn't print the question and it was my fault. I hope I can do better interview in the future

Lecture 2 and Lecture 3

Basically, these two lecture has no much difference. The only difference is the venue, because lect 3 is the replacement class.

Before lecture 2, I had prepare my self to pre-read the lect notes. So I won't be too blank during the lecture. During lecture 2, I feel that the topic that Mr.Saadat explain is easier to be understood. From now on I'll try my best to pre-read every lecture.

Sadly, I can't pre-read lecture 3, coz I was so sleepy to read them. So, during lect 3 I feel a bit lost.
I'm happy Mr.Saadat was inserted more example in the explaination.

I hope the class will be come more enthusiastic and energetic.

Tutorial 2

Ok, lets begin with our new teacher. The tutor of tute 2 is Ms.Bhawani. I think she's a good teacher. I can comprehend what she say from the beginning to the end of the tute.

basically, tute 2 was about watching video and discuss about the ideas of consumer behavior. I personally don't really understand what is the video about. The sound of the video was not so clear. Luckily, I can capture some information from it.

Imagine that you have to watch a video that you didn't understand for 30 minutes, while most of the lights were switched of. I almost fallen asleep while the video is playing.

But, the boring stuff was ended at the same time with the video. The class is become more interesting when we were asked to discuss about the video.

The result of the class discussion has thought me a new idea about how consumer behave.
In conclusion, this tute is not so bad. I was happy with it.

Tutorial 1

Tutorial 2 is a quite interesting tute. Its enforce everyone to think critically and analytically.
Each people was assign to a group and each group had to analyze the task of a component of the systems.

In my opinion, the most difficult part is to identify the relationship between a component with the other. At the beginning, I don't realize that Standard Authorities is the one that has a very important role in the system. Luckily, Mr.Maree tells us about that.
Thanks to Mr.Maree for giving a hint in finishing the system diagram.

I have a feeling that assignment 1 will be quite similar to this tute.
I wish the tute gonna be this interesting for the rest of the sem.

The First Lecture

Before come in to the lecture, I had no idea about how the lecture going to be. Honestly, I had a feeling that it will be very dry and boring.

Luckily, the lecture is not so bad. Mr.Alhashmi seems to be helpful and good teacher. Since that was the first week and most people still holiday mood, so I understand that everyone still not comfortable with this situation.

I hope the next lecture will be more fun and more enthusiastic.

My First Thought about FIT2001

Talking about FIT2001- System Analysis and Design, the first thing that come across inside my mind is about analyzing how a system works, what's wrong about it and how to improve them. I believe this subject require lots of business knowledge and some IT stuff.

I never heard any comments from my senior about this subject yet. But, I think this subject will be fun and challenging. I hope there will be more case studies than theoretical stuff.
